ATTENTION PLAYERS

If you play on multiple teams in the same league (Adult 18 and Over, Mixed 18 and Over, etc.) you may only advance to Sectionals with one of the teams.  YOU (not your captain) must declare ONE team for Sectionals in writing before the season begins.  The form must be received PRIOR to first season match regardless of lineup. If your Primary team does not advance to Sectionals you become eligible to advance with the other team.
